What we collect
This site is a publication, not a service. We do not require accounts, and our calculators run entirely in your browser — the numbers you enter are never transmitted to us or stored.
Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) used for security and troubleshooting. If we enable analytics, it is used in aggregate to understand which guides are read; we do not build individual profiles.
Cookies
We set only the cookies needed for the site to function and, where enabled, basic analytics. We do not run advertising or sell data to third parties.
If you contact us at [email protected], we use your address only to reply. If we later offer a newsletter, subscription will be explicit opt-in with one-click unsubscribe.
Third-party links
Linked sites (IRS, SEC, our companion site The Nest Planner, and others) have their own privacy practices, which we don't control.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access or delete personal data. Given how little we collect, the practical answer is usually that we hold nothing about you — but write to [email protected] with any request or question.
